By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms below.

1. No Order Cancellation After Payment

Once the payment is successfully completed through our Razorpay payment gateway:

• The order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

• We process and dispatch all book orders on the same day via Speed Post India.

• Because of our fast same-day dispatch system, we cannot pause, cancel, or modify your order after payment.

All orders are final and non-cancellable.

2. No Refund Policy

Digital Davpech follows a strict No Refund Policy.

Once the payment is received:

• No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect purchase

  • Delayed delivery by courier

  • Not needing the book anymore

  • Any personal reason

After the book is delivered:

• The customer cannot claim a refund or return under any condition.

All sales are final, non-refundable, and non-returnable.

3. No Return or Replacement

Since we sell physical books and dispatch them on the same day:

• We do not accept returns or replacements.

• We cannot recall a book once it has been handed over to Speed Post India.

• Courier delivery cannot be stopped or reversed once dispatched.

4. Damaged or Wrong Product Policy

To protect you, we do follow a simple guideline for rare issues:

We only consider support if:

• The book received is physically damaged,
  OR

• A wrong book is delivered.

In such a case:

• The customer must contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.

• A clear picture/video of the damage or incorrect product must be provided.

• Our support team will review and decide the appropriate action.

Note:
Minor courier handling marks, slight dents, or normal wear during transit do not qualify as damage.

5. Delivery Responsibility

Once the book is shipped:

• Delivery timelines depend on Speed Post India, not Digital Davpech.

• We are not responsible for courier delays caused by weather, transportation, or local post office issues.

Tracking details will be provided to help you follow your shipment.

6. Contact for Support

For rare issues like receiving a damaged or incorrect book, contact us through our official WhatsApp channel available on the website.

We respond as quickly as possible during working hours.
